What to do, when...
Certain problems are due to the lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be solved with the help of the instructions given here, without calling out an engineer.
...a flashing fault code appears
The intervention of an alarm is indicated by a combination of flashing indicator lights (see following chart) and a fault code visible in the digital display.
Carry out the following suggested corrective actions.
Important: If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below or to repair a fault caused by incorrect use or installation a charge will be made, even if the appliance is in guarantee.

Once the checks have been carried out, to continue the programme, press the push button of the programme that was running before the intervention of the alarm. The programme will continue from the point in which it was interrupted. If the fault code reappears contact the Service Force Centre.
