PAN TOSTADO ESTILO FRANCES

3 huevos

1⁄4 de taza de leche

1⁄2 cdita. de canela

8 tiras de tocino cocido

8 rebanadas de pan

Mezcle los huevos, la leche y la canela. Moje un lado del pan en la mezcla de huevo y colóquelo sobre la sandwichera. No sature el pan con la mezcla. Coloque el tocino encima del pan. Moje un lado de la otra rebanada de pan en la mezcla y colóquelo encima con el lado mojado hacia arriba, no sature el pan con la mezcla. Sirva con mantequilla, jarabe, conserva de frutas o azúcar extrafina.

2 huevos medianos, batidos sal y pimienta

1⁄2 taza de tomate, picado

8 rebanadas de pan

Fría el tocino en una sartén y sáquelo. Añada los huevos, sal, pimienta y cocine hasta que estén listos. Combine el tocino, los huevos y el tomate. Añada dos cucharadas de relleno por compartimento entre el pan.

1 taza de pepino finamente picado

1 cdita. de zumo de limón

1⁄4 de taza de queso crema,templado

1 cdita. de mostaza

8 rebanadas de pan Combine los ingredientes y añada dos cucharadas de relleno por compartimento entre el pan.

ENSALADA DE ATUN

1 taza de atún cocido o cualquier carne cocida 1⁄4 de taza de mayonesa

1 cda. de cebolla picada

1 cda. de apio picado

8 rebanadas de pan Combine los ingredientes y añada dos cucharadas de relleno por compartimento entre el pan.

HUEVOS REVUELTOS

4 huevos

2 cdas. de leche sal y pimienta

1 cda. de mantequilla

8 rebanadas de pan Combine los huevos, la leche, sal y pimienta. Derrita la mantequilla en una sartén y cocine los huevos. Añada dos cucharadas por compartimento entre cada pan.
