"RANGOON" DE CANGREJO

1⁄2 taza de queso crema, templado

1 taza de carne de cangrejo cocida, desmenuzada

4 cditas. de cebolla, picada finamente

24 rebanadas de pan

Mezcle los ingredientes. Corte las orillas del pan. Unte dos cucharaditas de relleno en el pan. Enrolle y unte con mantequilla el exterior.

BURRITO

450 g de carne para hamburguesas con sazón mexicano

1 taza de frijoles refritos

1 taza de queso, rallado

1⁄3 de taza de salsa

16 tortillas de harina de 18 cm de diámetro

Añada dos cucharadas de carne, una cucharada de frijoles, una cucharada de queso y una cucharada de salsa sobre el centro de la tortilla. Doble la parte inferior lo suficiente como para cubrir el relleno. Doble los extremos hacia el centro y enrolle para sellar.

Sándwiches

Las recetas para los sándwich "pockets" están hechos con un relleno entre dos rebanadas de pan. Las rebanadas grandes de pan de caja, se sellarán mejor en los bordes del sándwich, pero puede usar cualquier tipo y sabor de pan. Para hacer sándwiches, unte con mantequilla un lado de las dos rebanadas de pan. Coloque los lados con mantequilla juntos. Siga las instrucciones de la receta para untar el relleno sobre los lados sin mantequilla o para añadir dos cucharadas de relleno en dos esquinas opuestas del lado del pan que no tiene mantequilla. NO LO RELLENE DEMASIADO. Coloque la rebanada de pan con relleno sobre la sandwichera con el lado untado con mantequilla hacia abajo (coloque el relleno sobre los compartimentos). Repita el procedimiento para los otros sándwiches. Luego coloque una segunda rebanada de pan encima con el lado untado de mantequilla hacia arriba. Cierre la tapa con seguro. Si se utiliza demasiado relleno, el exceso se saldrá del bocadillo mientras se cocine. Si se utiliza muy poco relleno, el diseño no se marcará en su bocadillo.
