7PIZZA Pad—Use to select the pizza cooking feature.

8CHICKEN NUGGETS Pad—Use to select the chicken nuggets cooking feature.

9SELF CLEAN PAD—Use to select the self cleaning feature.

10CONVECT CONVERT PAD—Use to convert a regular recipe temperature to a convection temperature.

11DELAY START PAD—Use to program a Delayed Timed Bake or Delay Self-Cleaning cycle start time.

12BAKE TIME PAD—Use to enter the length of the baking time.

13OVEN LIGHT PAD—Use to turn the oven light ON and OFF.

14OVEN LOCKOUT PAD—Use to lock the oven door and the control panel pads.

15START PAD—Use to start all oven cooking features.

16CANCEL PAD—Use to cancel any oven feature previously entered except the time of day and minute timer.

17TIMER ON-OFFPAD—Use to set or cancel the Timer. The Timer does not start or stop cooking.

18ADD A MINUTE PAD—Use to add a minute to the timer feature.

19NUMERIC PAD—Use to enter temperatures and times.

20SET CLOCK PAD—Use to set the time of day.

Important Things to Know Before Setting any Oven Cooking Feature

This appliance has been factory pre-set to start any

BAKE, CONVECTION BAKE, CONVECTION ROAST or PREHEAT feature with the oven set temperature automatically set for 350°F. The BROIL or CONVECTION BROIL features are pre-set at 550°F. However if desired, the oven set temperature may be adjusted at any time during the cooking process. You may also choose to add a BAKE TIME or DELAY START with most of the functions listed above, unless specified in their corresponding section.

NOTE

All the features in this owner’s guide are for either of the ovens. The pads on the left side of the timer controls the upper oven and the right side controls the lower oven. The selected oven will be shown in the display at all time.

Temperature Visual Display

Your oven is equipped with a temperature visual display. When a cooking mode is set, the actual temperature will be shown in the display and will rise as the unit preheat. When the unit has reached its target temperature, a chime will sound to remind you to place the food in the oven. This feature will be active with some cooking modes; BAKE, convection bake, convection roast and pizza.

NOTE

The lowest temperature that can be displayed is 100°F.
