SPECIAL CORD SET INSTRUCTIONS
Supplied with your appliance is a short power supply cord to reduce the hazards resulting from a person or pet tripping, or becoming entangled, by a longer cord. A polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) has been included with this appliance. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way, and reduces the risk of electric shock. Reverse the plug if it does not fit into the outlet fully. Call a qualified electrician if the plug still does not fit. Never try to modify the plug in any way. An extension cord may be purchased and used if care is exercised with its use. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord must be at least 12 amps and 120 volts. The resulting extended cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally
