Mr. Coffee warrants to the purchaser that The Iced Tea Pot by Mr. Coffee Model TM3 (except for cord set) is free from manufac- turer defects In material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase when used in compliance with directions as outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions. which will constitute reasonable and necessary maintenance by the purchaser.

case

manufacturer

defects in

material or

workmanship,

Mr. Coffee agrees to repair (remedy) a defective Iced Tea Pot

without

charge.

The

purchaser's

exclusive

remedy

against

Mr.

Coffee shall

be

of
