SAECO ADAPTING SYSTEM

Coffee is a natural product and its characteristics may change according to its origin, blend and roast. The Saeco coffee machine is equipped with a self-adjusting system that allows the use of all types of coffee beans available on the market (not including fl avored or carmelized).

•The machine automatically adjusts itself in order to optimize the extraction of the coffee, ensuring perfect compression of the beans to obtain a creamy espresso coffee that is able to release all the aromas, regardless of the type of coffee used.

•The optimization process is a learning process that requires the brewing of a certain number of coffees to allow the machine to adjust the compactness of the ground coffee.

•Attention should be given to special blends, which require grinder adjustments in order to optimize the extraction of the coffee (see page 18).

Le café est un produit naturel et ses caractéristiques peuvent changer selon son origine, son mélange et sa torréfaction. La machine à café Saeco est munie d’un système d’autoréglage permettant d’utiliser tout type de café en grains disponible dans le commerce (non caramélisé).

•La machine se règle automatiquement afi n d’optimiser l'extraction du café, en assurant le compactage parfait de la pastille pour préparer un café expresso crémeux, à même de libérer tous les arômes, indépendamment du type de café utilisé.

•Le processus d’optimisation se compose d'une phase de calibrage demandant la distribution d’un certain nombre de cafés afi n de permettre à la machine de régler le compactage de la poudre.

•Attention, il peut y avoir des mélanges particuliers qui demandent un réglage des moulins dans le but d’optimiser l’extraction du café - (voir page 18).
