This limited warranty does not cover any defects in or damage to the appliance resulting from (A) use of the appliance other than in its normal and customary manner as a household appliance (commercial use is deemed not a normal or customary use), (B) accident, flood, fire, or Acts of God, (C) misuse, abuse, failure to follow operating instructions, mishandling, or alteration (including obliteration or alteration of model and serial number tag), (D) failure to install the appliance in strict conformity with local, state and federal building or safety codes and regulations or our installation instructions, (E) ordinary wear and tear resulting from use, or (F) improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or service.
