Insert four #8 x 3/4" screws into the seat.

Tighten the screws.

BACK VIEW

Lower the front end of the vehicle.

Apply label #11 to the dashboard, as shown.

BOTTOM VIEW

 

Lift the front end of the vehicle.

Insert the straight end of the steering column through the hole in the vehicle and out through the hole in the dashboard.

Hook the curved end of the steering column into the hole in the steering linkage.

Fit the steering wheel onto the end of the steering column and into the hole in the dashboard.
