The Sears Maintenance Agreement

•Even if you don't need repairs, the Maintenance Agreement offers an annual preventative maintenance check-up at your request!

This Maintenance Agreement does not cover original installation, reinstallation, or damage resulting from external causes such as

acts of abuse, theft, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing, power failure, power reduction, etc.
