BOLT TORQUE CHART

Always tighten hardware to these values unless a different torque value or tightening procedure is listed for a specific application.

Fasteners must always be replaced with the same grade as specified in the manual parts list.

Always use the proper tool for tightening hardware: SAE for SAE hardware and Metric for metric hardware. Make sure fastener threads are clean and you start thread engagement properly.

All torque values are given to specifications used on hardware defined by SAE J1701 MAR 99 & J1701M JUL 96.

TS44, TS52 specifications

Woods Equipment has long been a trusted name in the lawn and landscape industry, and their TS52 and TS44 models showcase the brand's commitment to quality and performance. These front-mounted snow throwers are designed for use with compact tractors, offering a robust solution for snow removal and ground maintenance tasks.

The TS52 is a powerful 52-inch snow thrower, while the TS44 offers a slightly more compact 44-inch option. Both models feature durable construction, ensuring they can withstand the rigors of demanding winter conditions. Made from high-strength steel, these snow throwers boast a rugged build that prioritizes longevity, making them ideal for both residential homeowners and commercial operations.

One of the standout features of the TS series is the efficient drive system. Equipped with a heavy-duty auger and impeller, these machines deliver exceptional performance in snow removal, even in deep or heavy conditions. The auger design ensures optimal snow intake, while the impeller efficiently throws snow up to 30 feet away, maximizing clearing efficiency.

Both models come with adjustable skids that allow users to customize their height settings for varying surface conditions. This versatility is essential for different applications, whether clearing driveways, sidewalks, or larger areas. The TS52 and TS44 are also equipped with electric lift capabilities, allowing for effortless attachment and detachment from the tractor.

In terms of technology, Woods has integrated features that enhance usability and control. The easy-to-use controls allow operators to adjust the chute direction effortlessly, providing precise snow placement. This is particularly valuable in busy areas where clearing snow effectively while minimizing obstruction is crucial.

The TS series snow throwers are designed with user comfort in mind. Their ergonomic controls and balanced design contribute to a more pleasant operating experience, reducing fatigue during extended use. Additionally, the machines are compatible with a variety of compact tractors, making them a flexible choice for different users.

In summary, the Woods Equipment TS52 and TS44 snow throwers represent a blend of durability, efficiency, and user-friendly design. With their robust construction, innovative technologies, and adaptable features, these snow throwers are poised to tackle winter’s challenges, ensuring users can maintain clean, safe surfaces throughout the snow season. Whether for personal use or commercial applications, the Woods TS series delivers performance that snow removal professionals and homeowners alike can rely on.
