SETTING THE SLEEP TIMER

Set the sleep timer while the power is turned on.

1.Turn the power ON and press the SLEEP button o / ¤3.

2.Press the SLEEP button o / ¤3the number of times to set the desired sleep time in minutes.

Each press of the SLEEP button o / ¤3or changes the display in the following order:

10 20 30

(OFF) 90 60

The unit will shut off in the number of minutes indicated.

*While the sleep timer is activated, the remaining time can be displayed for approximately 2 seconds by pressing the SLEEP button o / ¤3.

*To cancel the sleep timer, press the SLEEP button o / ¤3and then press the CLEAR button !2on the front panel or the CLEAR button ⁄7in the TUNER mode on the remote unit.

ON SCREEN DISPLAY INFOMATION

The on-screen display, which can be activated by the Main unit or remote, appears on the TV screen to show the current setting status of the SR5200.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

When the OSD button ¤2is pressed, the current setting are displayed on the TV monitor.

This display disappears automatically in about 5 seconds after the button is pressed.

qVIDEO SOURCE:

Displays the current video source being selected with the function selector

TV, DVD, VCR1, DSS or AUX.

wAUDIO SOURCE:

Displays the current audio source being selected with the function selector FM, AM, CD, TAPE, CD-R, TV, DVD, VCR1, DSS or AUX.

eDIGITAL INPUT:

Displays the digital input that you are using

DIG-1, DIG-2, DIG-3 or DIG-4.

rSURROUND MODE:

Displays the current surround mode

AUTO, STEREO, 6CH STEREO, VIRTUAL, MATRIX, STADIUM, HALL, MOVIE, 6.1 CH SURR, PLO LOGIC, PLII MUSIC,

PLII MOVIE, DTS

tMASTER VOLUME

Displays the current volume level.

The volume level is higher at the right of the display.

Note:

The On-Screen Display signals can be output from the TV MONI composite video (RCA) output and the TV MONI, S-Video output jacks.

With some video equipment or software, the On-Screen Display characters may be distorted due to noise or tracking adjustment error.
