Step 6.  Twist the Pipe Assembly into the Motor Adapter by turning Counter-Clockwise.

Step 7.  Securely retighten the setscrew on the Motor Adapter with the Allen Wrench.

CAUTION: The Motor Adapter has a special coating on the threads. Do not remove this coating; the coating prevents the downrod from unscrewing. Once assembled, do not remove the downrod.

CAUTION: Failure to fully lock in the downrod before securely tightening the allen set screw may cause the fan to separate from the downrod during normal operation!

Step 8.  Insert one of the Scroll Screws through the hole on one of the Decorative Scroll Arms and screw into one of the holes on the Scroll Bracket. Do not tighten.

Note: Ensure the Canopy is above the Scroll Bracket before securing the Decorative Arms.

Step 9.  Repeat until all 3 scroll arms are attached to the Scroll Bracket.

Step 10.  Place the Scroll Assembly on top of the motor.

Step 11.  Line up the Holes on the bottom of the 3 scroll pieces with the tabs on the top of the motor and attach with the 3 scroll Assembly Screws. Do not tighten.

Step 12.  Adjust the Scroll Assembly until it is lined up straight on the Pipe Ball and Fan Motor, then Tighten all Screws, including the set screw on the Scroll Bracket.
