MAINTENANCE

Tire Pressures

All tires should be at 15 psi / 103 kPa / 1 bar.

Deck Belt

Check every 100 hours of operation. Check for severe cracking and large nicks.

NOTE: The belt will show some small cracks in normal operation.

Replacing belt

Open the belt shield.

Use a ratchet with a ½ socket extension on the spring idler arm to relieve the tension on the belt. Slide the belt off the pulley and fully remove the belt.

Reverse the procedure for installation. After installation is complete check the belt for twists.
