LUBRICATION

5. Front Wheel Mount

Lubricate with a grease gun, 1 nipple for each wheel mount, until the grease is forced out.

Use only good quality molybdenum disulphide grease.

Grease from well-known brand names (petrochemical companies, etc.) usually maintains a good quality.

6. Front Wheel Bearings

Lubricate with a grease gun, 1 nipple for each set of wheel bearings, until the grease is forced out.

Use only good quality molybdenum disulphide grease.

Grease from well-known brand names (petrochemical companies, etc.) usually maintains a good quality.

7. Belt Adjuster, Mower Deck

Remove the foot plate (two screws) and lubricate with a grease gun, 1 nipple, until grease is forced out.

Use only good quality molybdenum disulphide grease.

Grease from well-known brand names (petrochemical companies, etc.) usually maintains a good quality.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Be spartan and remove excess lubricant so that is does not come into contact with belts or belt pulley drive surfaces.

8. Mower Deck Height Adjuster

Lubricate using a grease gun, 1 nipple, until the grease squeezes out.

Use only good quality molybdenum disulphide grease.

Grease from well-known brand names (petrochemical companies, etc.) usually maintains a good quality.
