Shooting Function Settings

Function settings particular to movie shooting are explained here.

QQuick Control

While the movie image is displayed on the LCD monitor, you can press the <Q> button to enable the following to be set: AF mode, white balance, Picture Style, and Auto Lighting Optimizer.

1Press the <Q> button. (7)

X The functions settable with Quick Control will appear on the left of the screen.

If the AF mode is <f>, the AF point will also be displayed.

2Select a function and set it.

Press the <V> key to select a function.

XThe selected function and Feature guide (p.47) will appear.

Press the <U> key or turn the <6> dial to change the setting. Pressing <0> will display the respective function’s setting screen.
