Information codes
If your washing machine malfunctions, it will display an error code on its display. If that occurs, check the table below and try the solution suggested before calling Customer Service.

| If the supplied amount of water does not change for 4 minutes, or the | |
4E | correct amount of water is not supplied within 60 minutes, this error | |
appears with a beep. | ||

| • Ensure that the water tap is opened. | |
| If the water does not drain completely after 30 minutes, this error | |
5E | appears with a beep. | |
• Ensure that the drain hose is placed correctly. | ||

| • Ensure that the drain hose is not clogged. | |
| If the temperate of the drain water is so high that it could cause injury, | |
| this error appears with a beep for safety reasons. | |
CE | • Ensure that the cold water tap is opened. | |
| • Ensure that the cold water tap and the hot water tap are | |
| connected correctly. | |
| If the door is opened during an operation, this error appears with a | |
dE | beep. | |
| • In this case, close the door, and then resume operation. | |
UE | This error appears with a beep if a spin operation fails. | |
• Ensure that the laundry is spread out evenly. | ||

| If the temperature of the supplied water is so high that it could damage | |
4E2 | the laundry, this error appears with a beep. | |
• Ensure that the cold water tap and the hot water tap are | ||

| connected correctly. | |
