Location requirements

To ensure safe and proper installation and use of your washing machine, follow these guidelines for selecting a location.

WARNING:

•Use caution when lifting or moving the washing machine.

•Do not install the washing machine in areas exposed to the weather.

•Do not install the washing machine in areas where the ambient temperature may drop below 32 °F (0 °C).

•Keep the washing machine away from electrical devices.

•Do not install the washing machine in a location where gas may leak.

•Do not install the washing machine near a heater or flammable material.

Select a level, well-constructed surface that does not have carpeting or flooring that may obstruct ventilation or contribute to vibrations.

Select a location where a grounded, 3-prong socket is easily accessible.

For the provided water hoses to reach the washing machine, make sure the water taps are within 120 cm (4 ft) of the back of the washing machine.
