when the Administrator changes the HTTP port of the Network Camera whose IP address is 192.168.0.100 from 80 to 8080, the users must type in the web browser “http://192.168.0.100:8080” instead of “http://192.168.0.100”.

“Control channel port” This can be something other than the default port 5001 in order to work with the port opened by the firewall.

“Audio channel port” This can be something other than the default port 5002 in order to work with the port opened by the firewall.

“Video channel port” This can be something other than the default port 5003 in order to work with the port opened by the firewall.

“Improve audio quality in low bandwidth environment” if the Network Camera seems to work in a low bandwidth network environment, the user can use this option to see if audio quality can be improved by sacrificing some real-time synchronization. “Mute” This can force the transmission protocol to HTTP and disable audio.

Manual background Some invalid settings may cause the system failure to respond. Change the configuration only if necessary and consult with your network supervisor or experienced users for correct settings. Once the system has lost contact, refer to Appendix A for reset and restore procedures.
