Estableciendo un Patrón de Medidas

Esto ayuda a formar una fundación de medidas que Usted puede usar para comparar lecturas futuras. Para formar este patrón de medidas, dedique dos semanas de medidas continuas. ¿Cómo se registra la presión arterial? Normalmente, las lecturas de la presión arterial se registran de la siguiente manera: primero la presión sistólica, luego una barra inclinada y por último la presión diastólica. Por ejemplo, una medición de 120 mmHg de presión sistólica y 80 mmHg de presión diastólica se representa como 120/80.
