TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDELINES

These guidelines should be utilized by a qualified service agent.

Problem

WATER LEAKS

Improperly sealed, hot or cold supply

Tighten threaded connections.

Improper calibration.

Thermostats set too low.

Set thermostats to desired temperature.

 

 

 

 

Sediment or lime in tank.

Drain. Determine if water treatment is needed.

 

 

 

 

Heater too small for job.

Install adequate water heater.

 

 

 

 

Wrong piping connections.

Leaking faucets.
