3Hold the calibrator with the LOT number (glucose) or calibration CODE (ß-Ketone) facing you.

4Insert the calibrator into the strip port. Push it in until it stops.

Glucose

The Display Check shows on the display window, followed by the time, month, and day.

Next, the LOT number (glucose) or calibration CODE (ß-Ketone) shows on the display window.

b. Example of ß-Ketone calibration CODE: CODE JC7

Then you hear the beeper, if the beeper is ON.
