Media - Not all media are the same. At this time, we highly recommend to use Pioneer and Sony brand of DVD-R or DVD-RW media. Other brands of media that we tested and worked well with our drive were LEDA and GQ. We have received reports that the media from Fuji and Maxell are not compatible.
