AMASS Overview

Scattered writes allows AMASS to use more than one drive to write to volumes in a volume group. For configuration parameters, refer to Installing AMASS.

Enabling scattered writes allows AMASS to use more than one drive to write data to the same volume group. Consequently, performance is improved.
