Warranty and Customer Service
ADTRAN will repair and return this product within the warranty period if it does not meet its published
specifications or fails while in service. It is the responsibility of the entity (ADTRAN Certified Dealer or
Service Provider) that sold you your ADTRAN equipment to diagnose and initiate the product return to
ADTRAN.
Product Registration
Registering your product during installation helps ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please take time
to register your product with a valid Company name and e-mail address when you perform the installation.

The entity (ADTRAN Certified Dealer or Service Provider) that sold you your ADTRAN equipment
should serve as the first point of contact for support. If additional support is needed, the ADTRAN Support
