MMS profiles (“Profile”) (1): To set your MMS profile, follow the same procedure as for setting your

WAP connection (see page 63).

Mode: choose between immediate or deferred reception for national and international network coverage

(see page 33).

Acknowledgment of receipt (“Rpt”): request for acknowledgement of receipt for each message sent.

Message validity (“Val”): the time period during which attempts to send the message to the recipient

You have a personal dictionary which allows you to add (1), modify or delete words. While writing a message,

you can add a word by pressing the key and by selecting “Add word”.

From the main menu, select “Messages” and using the navigation key to the right, select the icon.

Service centre (“SC”) (2): phone number of your operator’s service centre (it may be provided automatically).

E-mail centre (“EC”) (2): the number of the server for sending e-mails (it may be provided automatically).

Ack. receipt (“Rpt”): request for acknowledgement of receipt for each message sent.

Message validity (“Val”): the time period during which attempts to send the message to the recipient will be repeated in case of failure.

Format (“Typ”): format to be used for delivery of message to recipient (SMS, fax, etc.).
