After executing the [8VR] command, the system will return the version number 8R1.0. If the user sends the [0VR] command, the system will return the version number 8R1.0.
If multiple switchers are used, this command sets a unique ID number for each of the MX2456RM Switchers. Multiple switcher modules can be controlled through a single RS- 232 port.
