CLEAN THE CARVING			SHE LF
AFTER EACH USE:
1.	Disconne ct the shelf from the power source .
2.	Remove cutting	boar d afte r each use . Clean and
	sanitiz e separately foll owi ng appli cabl e state or
	loc al health san itation		ordinances. Air dry the
	board on a cle an, flat		surfa ce to preve nt board
	from warping. If the board become s warped ,
	heating will rest ore flexib ility to faci litate
	flatteni ng. Warped boa rds may be heated on the
	carving she lf surface,		in a preheated Com bitherm
	comb ination oven/s tea mer for 10 minutes			on the
	ste am program , or in a preheated Halo Heat cook
	and hol d ove n for 15 min utes at 250°F (121°C).
3.	Cle an metal surface with mild
	soap solution s only. DO NOT
	clean with lye or alkal ine
	based cleane rs or any
	abr asi ve cle aner s. Rin se
	careful ly with a clean sponge
	and wate r to remove all soap
	or detergen t residue.
