Each Platin um Serie s electric conv ecti on oven features sol id welde d constru ctio n. Oven interiors are constr ucted of porcelain enamel with coved corners, and a heavy duty, 14 gauge bottom liner. Each oven is supplied with five (5) chrome plated wire shelves with 2 removable side racks and 9 shelf positions spaced at 1-5/8" (41mm). Each oven is furnishe d wit h a 5,000 watt heatin g element and a heavy duty, 1/4 hp, two-spee d fan motor . Cont rol inclu des a 100 °F to 500°F (38 °C to 260°C) thermostat and a 60-mi nute cou nt-d own tim er. Each con trol feat ures an oven cool -down funct ion, oven-read y indic ator light , and produ ces an audi ble signal when tim e has expi red. Oven com bina tion incl udes stackin g hardware (vent ris er) and 19-1/2" (495mm) stainle ss steel leg kit wit h bullet fee t.
