7.Rinse surfaces by wiping with a clean clot h or sponge and clean warm water.
8.Remov e exces s water with a spong e and wipe dry with a clean cloth or air dry. Leave area open unti l interior is com pletel y dry. Replac e divider bars and pans.
9.Inte rior can be wiped with a sanitizing solution afte r cleaning and rinsing. This solution must be approved for use on stainless steel food conta ct surfaces.
DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANING COMPOUNDS.
