removable, sta inless steel ske wers, each with 37" (940mm) of usa ble len gth, along with one (1) stainl ess stee l
drip tra y with drain.	The tempered glass doo rs inclu de a magnetic lat ch clos ure, hea vy duty hing es, coo l touch
handle s and door stops.
The unit is furnish ed with a motor acti vator switch for skewe r rotati on, an ambie nt lamp switch, a 2-hou r cook
timer and an emerge ncy shut-of f but ton . The roti sseri e is equi pped with three (3) cooki ng zones : top, middle ,
and botto m. Each zone includes gas regu lato rs cont roll ing three (3) direct fla me burners whic h are sepa rat ed
by cast iron heat tiles.	The burners offer a full range of heatin g from low to high flam e.
