SELF-SER VICE HO T DI SPLAY

The displa y case is constructe d of 18 gauge, non-magneti c stainless steel . A tempered glass front encloses the disp lay case
and can be lifted to a 90 degree angle for easy cleaning. Removable, slidi ng glass doors on the opera tor side are included .
Sliding door tracks have a “clea n swee p” cutout allowin g for easy cleaning and crumb removal. Framed end glas s with
rubber gasket materia l protec ts glass edges from chippi ng and breakage. The base is divided into two (2) individu ally
managed heat zones with each zone controlled by a separat e thermostat with a range of 1 through 10 and heat -on indica tor
light. Overhead light s are controlled by ON/OFF switche s in two (2) light zones . Two (2) 125V plug outlets						are availa ble as
an optio n on 120/208-24 0V units only. Counter-top displ ay cases includ e one set of 4" (102mm) legs.
