A curved, tempere d glass front encl oses the display case and can be lift ed to a 90 degree angl e for eas y clean ing. Remova ble , slidi ng glass door s on the oper ator sid e are included . Slidi ng door track s have a "clean sweep" cutout all owing for eas y cleani ng and crum b remova l. Framed end clea r glass with rubber gas ket mat erial protects glass edg es from chippi ng and brea kage . The base is divide d into three (3) ind ividually manage d heat zon es with each zon e controll ed by a separa te therm osta t with a range of 1 throug h 10 and heat- on indic ator light . Overhead lig hts are con trolle d by ON/O FF switc hes in three (3) lig ht

zones. Two (2) 125V plug outlets are avail abl e as an option on 120/ 208-2 40V units only.
