CA RE an d CLEANING

The cleanline ss and appear ance of this

CLEAN AFTE R EACH USE:

1.Disc onne ct from the power source.

Remove cutting boar d after each use. Clean

2.and san itize sepa rately follo win g appl icable stat e or loc al health sanitation ordinan ces. Air dry the boar d on a clean, flat surface to prevent boar d from warping. If the board become s war ped, heating wil l resto re flexibility to facilit ate fla ttening. Warped boar ds may be heat ed on the carv ing shelf sur face, in a prehea ted Comb ither m combination oven/ steame r for 10 minute s on the ste am progra m, or in a preheated Halo Heat cook and hold ove n for 15 minutes at 250°F (12 1°C) .
