Error Code of Hard Disk Drive

On the top left corner of the screen, when “HDD FATAL ERROR – ##” (## represents the error code) appears, please check the following chart for the solution :

Solution

These occur when the hard drive inside the player is not a certified disk by the manufacturing company.

The hard drive is malfunctioning or has the incorrect jumper setting. Check the hard drive and do not set it as “Slave”.

The partition of the hard drive is wrong. Please format the first “Primary” partition with NTFS or FAT32 file system.

Please reformat the hard drive when these occur.

Error Code of “DVD on HDD” Playback

On the top left corner of the screen, when “DVD CORRUPTED – ##” (## represents the error code) appears, please check the following chart for the description:
