ARISTON ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
(USA & CANADA ONLY)
WHO IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
This limited one-year warranty (“Warranty”) is given only
to the original end-use/retail purchaser (the “First Using
Purchaser”)of the accompanying Ariston product(s)(the
“AristonProduct”).
IfyoupurchasedthisAriston Productfromsomeoneother
thananauthorizedAristonreseller/dealerintheUnitedStates
orCanada,oriftheAristonProductwasused(includingbut
not limited to floor models or refurbished products) prior to
your purchase, then you are not the First Using Purchaser
andtheAristonProductthatyoupurchasedisnotcovered
bythisWarranty.ThisWarrantyisnot transferable.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
AristonwillrepairorreplaceanypartoftheAristonProduct
which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship when
usedundernormalhome-useconditions. Aristonwillalso
provide, free of charge, all labor and related services to repair
orreplacethedefectivepart.
ThisWarrantyapplies onlytoAriston Productspurchased
andusedin theUnitedStatesor Canada.Subject tothe
exclusionsbelow,for Ariston Products purchased in, but
used outside, the United States or Canada, this Warranty
covers only warranty service within the United States or
Canada (and does not include shipping outside the United
StatesorCanada).
LENGTH OF THE WARRANTY
This Warranty runs for a period of one (1) year from the date
oftheoriginalpurchasebytheFirstUsingPurchaser.Please
note that a copy of your original purchase receipt showing
the purchase date and the vendor’s name and address are
requiredtoobtainserviceunderthisWarranty.Forthepur-
poses of determining the applicable warranty period, please
note that any and all replaced or repaired parts shall assume
theidentityoftheoriginal.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
(EXCLUSIONS)
This Warranty does not cover:
1.Improperinstallation, delivery, maintenance and/or im-
properoperationoftheAristonProduct.
2.DamagecausediftheAristonProducthasnotbeenused
in compliance with the electricity or gas supply specifications
printedontheratingplate.
3.FailureofordamagetotheAristonProductifitisaltered,
abused, misused, or used for other than the intended pur-
pose,orifitisusedcommercially.
4.Servicetripstoyourhometoprovideinstructionsonthe
useofyourAristonProduct.
5.Replacementofhousefusesorcorrectionoftheplumbing
orelectricwiringinyourhome.
6.Damagecausedbyneglect,accident,fire,floodsoracts
ofGod.
7.Physical Damage to the appearance of your Ariston
Product including, without limitation, scratches, rust, dents,
warping,peelingandthelike.
8.Damagecausedbytransportation.
9.Replacementofany consumableordegradableitem or
accessory including, but not limited to: plugs, cables, bat-
teries, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and starters, covers
and filters, or replacement of any removable parts made of
glassorplastic.
10.Damagecausedafterdelivery.
11.Waterdamageofanykind.
12.AnAriston Productnotaccessible toproviderequired
service.
13.Problemsarisingfromotherthandefectsinmaterialsor
workmanship.
14.Traveltime when installed in a recreational vehicle or
marineapplication.
This Warranty is voidiftheAristonProductisaltered,ser-
viced, maintained, dismantled, or otherwise interfered with
byanypersonwhoisnotauthorizedbyAriston.
15.Non-standardlaborwheninstalledinamarineapplica-
tion.
16.Waterleaksofanykind.
TOTHEEXTENTPERMITTEDBYLAW,THISWARRANTY
ISINLIEUOFALLOTHERWARRANTIES,WRITTEN
ORORAL,WHETHEREXPRESSEDBYAFFIRMATION,
PROMISE,DESCRIPTION,DRAWING,MODELOR
SAMPLE.ANYANDALLWARRANTIESOTHERTHAN
THISONE,WHETHEREXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUD-
INGIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYAND
FITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,AREHEREBY
DISCLAIMED.IMPLIEDWARRANTIESINCLUDING,
BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,THEIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOF
MERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSTHATCANNOTBE
EXCLUDEDBYLAW,SHALLBELIMITEDTOTHESAME
DURATIONASTHISWARRANTY.EXCEPTFORTHAT
REPAIRORREPLACEMENTASDESCRIBEDABOVE,
ARISTONSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORANYDIRECT,IN-
DIRECT,INCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES
ORSPECIFICRELIEF.
Some States and Provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages and/or
implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions
may��notapplytoyou.ThisWarrantygivesyouspecificlegal
rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary
