If the rest of your meal isn’t quite ready when food finishes steaming, the “Keep Warm” setting is a great way to keep your steamed food fresh and delicious until it is ready to serve.

Turn the time control dial to the “Keep Warm” setting to the left of the “OFF” position.

The indicator light will illuminate green and the steamer will begin to heat to keep food warm.
The indicator light will turn off and on throughout the “Keep Warm” setting as the steamer will only heat enough to maintain the “Keep Warm” temperature.
When ready to serve, remove food from steam tray.
