Unplug the unit from the wall outlet. Pull the collection tray out of the container to remove sliced food.
NOTE:
The Electric Mandoline Slicer is not intended to slice the following foods:
• Hard, elastic foods
• Frozen foods
• Meat, including sausage and ham
• Fish
• Hollow, soft vegetables, such as scallions
• Soft vegetables, such as tomatoes
If any of these foods are used, the Electric Mandoline Slicer will not produce desired results and may damage the blade or cause the unit to malfunction.
