An initialsparktrapcollectslargepartiolesbefore thevreachthefilter. An easyto emPtytrayis attacheclto thefrontcoverto enabletheremovalof lhe larqegarticlescollectedbythesparktrapwithout removingthefilter.Thistap furtherisolatesthefilter fromsparksinthecaseof a weld,ngoperatlon.

Carefullyinspectthe unitforconcealeddamagethat mavhaveoccunedduringshippingandhandling lf ani damageis found,immediatelycontactthe Fr;iohtcomoanv.Makesurethereareno dentsin theiousing,as theymightpreventthefilterfrom slidingintotheunitsmoolhly lf thereis noevidence of da;aqe, removetheendcoverbyreleasingthe tworubGr latches.Removalof thefrontcoverwill allowinspectionof theinsideof theunit
Afterunpackingthemachine,checkto seethatthe followingpartsandaccessoriesarepresenl:
1)- 10'FlexibleHose
1)- Coupling
1i - Flexibbtetal Hose/MagneticBasecomPonent Parts.(SeeFiglre#2 ForIndividualParts Included)
1)- SlotNozzle
1)- Filter
INSTALLATION(SeeFisure#1)
1.lnsertthefilter,gasketfrrst,intotheunit. Then Dlacetherubberthensteelwashersoverthe threadedrod.Tightenthewingnutdownsothat thefilteris sealedandwillnotrotate.
2.Reolacethefrontcover/sparktrapassemblyand
3.Connecttheunitto thepowersourceandtest theoperationof theunitbyturningit ONwiththe On/Offswitch.Shouldthemotorsnotstart,or shouldthemachinemakeunusualnoises'
immediatelvturnthemachineoff andseek personnelOnce.thetestis
trainedmaintenance complete,turntheunitbackOFF
