Q1. I cannot connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi.

Ensure that the LAN router or Wireless LAN router is on.

Ensure that the network cable is connected correctly when using a wired network connection.

Check the settings of the LAN router or Wireless LAN router.

Q2. I cannot connect to the Internet via LAN.

If you cannot connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi, ensure that you have not connected a network cable to the ASUS CUBE with Google TV. The ASUS CUBE with Google TV places priority on a LAN connection over a Wi-Fi connection.

Q3. I cannot connect to the wired network.

Please check you router setting to determine the correct setup type to properly configure and connect your ASUS CUBE with Google TV to the Internet.

You need to select either Dynamic (AUTO IP) or Static (Fixed IP) as your setup type. If you select Dynamic (AUTO), the router’s DHCP server automatically assigns an IP address for your ASUS CUBE with Google TV.

If you select Static, key in the IP address, Gateway, and Network prefix length.
