Q2. The ASUS CUBE with Google TV does not recognize my USB storage device.

Your USB storage device may not be detected because of problems with the USB hardware driver, USB cable, or longer system response time. Try inserting the USB storage device to the USB port again, replace a new USB cable, or use another USB storage device.

Q3. After connecting an external hard disk drive (HDD) , the correct model name is not displayed and I cannot remove the USB storage device.

•Wait for a few minutes until the HDD indexing is completed.

•If drive indexing is taking too long, you can force unmount your external HDD from Settings > Storage.
