The items in this menu allow you to configure the
PCI Express Native Power Management [Disabled]
Allows you to enhance the power saving feature of PCI Express and perform ASPM operations in the operating system.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
The following item appears only when you set the PCI Express Native Power Management to [Enabled].
Native ASPM [Disabled]
[Enabled] | Vista controls the ASPM support for the device. |
[Disabled] | BIOS controls the ASPM support for the device. |

HD Audio Controller [Enabled]
[Enabled] | Enables the High Definition Audio Controller. |
[Disabled] | Disables the controller. |

Front Panel Type [HD]
Allows you to set the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy AC’97 or
[HD] | Sets the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to high definition |
| audio. |
[AC97] | Sets the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy AC’97 |
SPDIF Out Type [SPDIF] | |
[SPDIF] | Sets to an SPDIF audio output. |
[HDMI] | Sets to an HDMI audio output. |
PCI Express X16_2 slot (black) bandwidth [Auto]
[Auto] | This slot runs at its default mode. |
[x2 mode] | This slot runs at x2 mode with all the PCIe x1 slots enabled. |
[x4 mode] | This slot runs at its highest performance with all PCIe x1 slots |
