Entering names into directory
To enter a name
Use the dial pad and the chart below to enter a name (up to 15 characters). Each press of a particular key causes characters to be displayed in the following order:

Options while entering names:
•Press the ^ button to move the cursor to the right. Press ^ twice to enter a space.
•Press V to erase letters if you make a mistake.
•Press # repeatedly to enter an ampersand (&), apostrophe ('), comma (,) hyphen
When finished, press SELECT.
