1. Before you begin

This version of FR-33.1 has been designed to support the Avaya IP Softphone R6. Please make sure that the Avaya IP Softphone R6 has been installed, configured correctly on your system and running in the classic call bar style mode before installing and using FR-33.1.

2. Installation Guide

To install the FR-33.1 Driver for Avaya, please download the latest version of the software from the product page of the website at http://www.ipevo.com. Below is an outline of the installation procedure.

1.After you have downloaded the driver, double click on the IPEVO Control Center – Avaya icon to install the software. Follow the on screen instructions to proceed with the installation.

2.Connect FR-33.1to your computer’s USB Port when prompted during the installation procedures.

3.Once installation is complete, the IPEVO Control Center - Avaya icon will appear on the system tray of your desktop. The Control Center allows you to conveniently access and customize preferences for FR-33.1.
