Customer Service

The UltraTV utility provides a convenient tool, which allows users to contact AVerMedia’s customer service department easily via the e-mail for any troubleshooting requests.

To contact the customer service for troubleshooting:

1.Click the Setup button and click the System Information tab.

2.You will see all of your system’s information is listed under this tab.

3.Select the e-mail address which is near or in your country from the Office drop- down list, and then click Send to e-mail the system information.
