Start Meetings control

Themee ting control is started and positioned on the desktop, through out the meeting it will allow to :

• Acceptrequests interactively : arequest for a desktop sharing f rom a client PC must be accepted on the iCon server,a dialog

boxis displayed on the iCon asking to accept or decline the desktop s haring request

• Deny all requests : all request are denied

• Acceptall requests automatically : desktopsharing is always accepted at the iCon (serve r)w ithout prompting for confirmation

• Notifyend of meeting at : allows to set a reminder at expected end time of the meeting

How to configure the Server settings ?

1. Go to the server icon in the lower task bar of the desktop and click the right mouse button.
