Southern Audio Services, Inc. (SAS), garantiza todos sus productos de posibles defectos de material y fabricación por período de 1 (un) año a partir de la fecha de compra. En caso que el producto no sea garantía, la única obligación de “SAS” será reparar o sustituir el producto defectuoso haciendo uso de esta opción. SAS limita su obligación de cualquier garantía implicada bajo leyes estatales a un tiempo que no exceda el período limitado por la garantía. “SAS” y sus distribuidores autorizados de BAZOOKA® niegan específicamente la responsabilidad por cualquier daño fortuito o consecuente. Algunos estados no permiten limitaciones sobre cuánto tiempo dura una garantía, y otros estados no permiten la exclusión o la limitación de daños fortuitos o consecuentes, así que las limitaciones o las exclusiones antedichas no pueden aplicarse a usted. Esta garantía le da derechos legales específicos, y usted puede tener otros derechos, que varían de un estado a otro.

Qué cubre: Esta garantía cubre todos los defectos en materiales o de fabricación en el producto.

Qué no cubre: Esta garantía no cubre lo siguiente:

1.Daños que ocurran durante el envío del producto a “SAS” para la reparación (las demandas se deben presentarse al transporte).

2.Daños causados por accidente, abuso, negligencia, uso erróneo u operación o instalación incorrecta.

3.Daños causados por un acto de dios, incluyendo sin limitación, fuego, tormenta, inundación u otros actos de la naturaleza.

4.Cualquier producto, que tenga un número de serie desfigurado, alterado, modificado, o quitado.

5.Cualquier producto que se haya alterado o modificado sin el consentimiento De “SAS”.
