B2031 specifications

The Behringer B2031 is a powerful studio monitor designed to deliver exceptional sound quality and precision at an affordable price. Known for its transparent audio reproduction, the B2031 is a popular choice among producers, musicians, and sound engineers who seek accuracy in their monitoring environment.

One of the standout features of the B2031 is its 8-inch polypropylene woofer, which provides a rich bass response and enables the monitor to handle low frequencies effectively. This is complemented by a 1-inch silk dome tweeter that produces smooth high frequencies, ensuring that every detail in the audio is clearly represented. Together, these drivers facilitate a frequency response ranging from 40Hz to 20kHz, making the B2031 suitable for a wide variety of genres and applications.

The B2031 is equipped with a high-resolution crossover system that integrates the low and high frequencies seamlessly. This technology minimizes phase distortion, allowing for greater clarity and definition in the audio output. The internal amplifier is designed to produce 150 watts of power, providing ample headroom for loud monitoring without sacrificing audio integrity.

In terms of connectivity, the Behringer B2031 offers balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS inputs, ensuring versatility in connecting to different audio interfaces and mixers. Additionally, a front-mounted volume control allows for easy adjustments without needing to reach around to the back of the monitor.

The cabinet design of the B2031 plays a crucial role in its performance. It features a bass reflex port that enhances low-end response while reducing distortion. The enclosure is crafted from MDF, which helps to eliminate resonance and provide a neutral listening environment. Moreover, the attractive black finish ensures that the monitor will fit seamlessly into any studio or home audio setup.

Overall, the Behringer B2031 is an excellent choice for anyone in need of reliable studio monitors that deliver professional-grade performance. With its impressive frequency response, powerful drivers, and thoughtful design, the B2031 stands out as an affordable option without compromising on sound quality.
