6.In the same window, click on the “+” next to “Universal Serial Bus controllers” and another list of devices will appear. Highlight the “Prolific USB-to-Serial” for LG 5350 or “Sanyo Electric Co. Ltd” for Sanyo 4900. Click on “Remove” to uninstall the driver.
