Troubleshooting
Unable to transfer files to Joybee180.
Check the following:
The USB cable has been securely connected to the PC
and Joybee180, and the Joybee 180 is turned on.
The USB driver has been installed on your PC.

Data stored in Joybee180 is lost.

If the power supply is unstable when the Joybee180 is con-
nected to a PC, it may cause data loss. Hence, we strongly rec-
ommend you to back up all the data stored on the Joybee180.
BenQ Corporation shall make no representation on damage or
indemnification arising out of loss of data.
Memory on the Joybee180 is sufficient for the files I want to
transfer to Joybee180, but I cannot transfer them to
Joybee180.
The Joybee180 allocates memory in blocks of 16KB or 32KB.
Even a file of 1 byte size oc cupies one blo ck of m emory. He nce,
even if the total size of the files is not larger than the memory
size, you may not be able to transfer all files to Joybee180.

I cannot see anything on the screen of Joybee180.

Check that the Joybee180 is turned on and has suffi-
cient battery charge.
